A cross between a yoga class and an aerial class, Aircat Aerial Yoga is designed to incorporate the balancing and stretching components of yoga with the strengthening and exhilarating components of aerial arts. Must arrive :10 early to do paperwork and set the height of your hammock.
Doors will close 10 minutes after the published start time, and students will not be allowed in.

If you have already attended our Aerial Yoga class on our 2 for 1 special, or $10 first time special, then You may drop in at the regular drop in rate of $15 per class
