“This training was so informative and FUN! Worth its weight in Gold!” - Lyndi Rongisch, Omaha, NE
“Cathy's aerial yoga teacher training was an experience that was extremely informative and satisfying as a teacher of aerial arts in general. Even though the training was very thorough and I was supplied with a great manual that included photos of the essential poses, I really appreciated that it did not feel long or tiring. I think aerial yoga in itself is rejuvenating and learning how to teach it to others was very fulfilling. The space is beautiful and Cathy is clearly a master of what she teaches with over 20 years of experience in the aerial arts. I would recommend this training to anyone interested in teaching or even just interested in improving as a teacher of any athletic skill.” - Chloe Delepine, Aerial instructor, PoleLaTeaz, Houston TX
